Graffiti Garden Campaign

We have some major updates for the Graffiti Garden Campaign: There are only 12 days left, and we have almost reached half of our goal with $2,340 raised so far. This project is very important to us, and we encourage everyone to donate. Every dollar contributes to the growth and development of this important garden and community.

Meanwhile, work is progressing in Graffiti Garden as the weather is finally letting up for the warm season. Founder Justin Lee, UNCG students, and community volunteers who attended the 2ndAnnual Novem Mason Symposium on Community-Engaged Design: Housing the Homeless spent a day of service creating mini greenhouses and an outdoor sink and counter for the garden using recycled palettes and windows. This is an exciting start to the construction of much-needed structures that will make the garden fully functional, and serve the community to its highest potential.

We are looking forward to the upcoming growing season for Graffiti Garden, the healthy food options, and skill-building opportunities that the garden will provide for homeless and transitional youth. Follow this link to make a donation to contribute to this important project!
