ROOM GEOMETRY

The images in this section show how differing room geometry impact lighting in a gallery space. The rendered images are generated for the following room geometry conditions at 10:00am on winter solstice (December 21) at Greensboro, North Carolina (Latitude: 36˚ 05' N; Longitude: 79˚ 57' W) on a clear sky day: sidelighting, bilateral lighting, roof monitor, saw tooth clerestory, clerestory, lightshelf and skylight.

Roll over each room geometry type to see the lighting condition change inside the space.
