UNCG Interior Architecture Students Take on the High Point Furniture Market

Posted on November 11, 2022

From October 22-26, 2022 the High Point Furniture Market was in full swing with over 2,000 exhibitors.  As an interior architecture program, we realize how lucky we are to be so close to the biannual High Point Furniture Market and appreciate the High point Market Authority for providing passes for any of our students who would like to attend. High Point, NC has become known over time as the “Furniture Capital of the World,” by hosting the High Point Furniture Market (formerly known as the International Home Furnishings Market and the Southern Furniture Market) which has become the largest home furnishings tradeshow in the world. The market holds two major shows a year in the Fall and Spring, creating opportunities for many of  our students to work with some of the biggest and best home furnishing companies. For more information on the High Point Furniture Market visit: https://www.highpointmarket.org/
