Interior Architecture

First year IARc students led by Professor Felicia Dean have “warped” into the art of weaving. Poetic writers including Faith Ringgold, Frida Kahlo, and Yayoi Kusama helped influence the students in their current design ideation phase. The implementation of color, line, form, and texture will be used along with the technique of hand weaving to create final pieces connecting back to students’ influencing poems.
