IIDA

The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) Campus Center housed within the Department of Interior Architecture is an affiliate of the Carolinas IIDA Chapter, a professional organization of commercial interior designers. The primary purpose of this organization is to work toward the advancement of the value of interior design and its practitioners as well as to cultivate leadership within the profession. All majors in Interior Architecture are eligible for membership. Activities include student participation in events sponsored by Carolinas IIDA Chapter and National IIDA organizations, field trips, design competitions, and other types of professional development activities. IIDA members represent educators, industry partners, architects, and commercial designers.
